Alabama State Defense Force

I am an Alabama Soldier

I will knowingly place my life on the line for the citizens of my city, county, state, and country without expecting any reward for my actions except the admiration of my comrades.

I will serve to my full ability without question or reservation.

I will be a model soldier for my state and country and remember my place in the public eye.

I will strive to go farther and accomplish more than any other soldier or unit in the Alabama State Defense Force.

 I will watch over and care for my brothers in my unit and realize that we are a family with an uncommon bond which no other unit can comprehend.

I will never leave a fallen comrade, and I will live by the code “You go we go” until I remove my uniform for the last time and beyond.
